I see you’ve shared a piece of news about twin sisters from Mumbai who excelled in their CA Final exams. They’ve created quite a buzz within their family, consisting of their father, brother, sister-in-law, all of whom are Chartered Accountants themselves.
The sisters, Sanskriti and Shruti, not only share a common interest in their friend circle, Korean dramas, and badminton but have now also shared an achievement together. They secured positions within the top 10 in the CA Final exams. Sanskriti clinched the second rank while Shruti secured the eighth rank. Madhur Jain from Jaipur topped the exams, followed by Tikendra Kumar Singhal and Rishi Malhotra. The entire Paroliya family in Kandivali is elated at the achievement, with five Chartered Accountants now within the household.
Their success wasn’t a stroke of luck but a result of their dedicated efforts. Their father, along with their brother and sister-in-law, also in the same field, guided and supported them throughout their preparation. Sanskriti mentioned how studying together with Shruti helped in planning and focusing, making their journey through the challenging CA exams a bit smoother. She emphasized the importance of a supportive environment at home, apart from guidance from educators, in boosting morale during tough competitive exams like the CA.
Their aspirations don’t stop here, though. Both sisters aspire to pursue an MBA. Sanskriti shared their plan of working for a few years before attempting the Common Admission Test (CAT). They believe that the experience gained during and post-MBA would enhance their prospects further.
Their journey began in 2019, just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially opting for offline coaching, they shifted to online classes post the pandemic outbreak. While offline classes offered more discipline, the flexibility of online sessions suited them better, allowing them to manage their time efficiently.
They relied significantly on study material provided by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Alongside these, they crafted their own notes. According to them, every CA aspirant should make use of study materials, emphasizing that there’s no shortcut to success—consistency and dedication are crucial.
Their daily study routine involved 8 to 10 hours of rigorous preparation. As the final exams approached, they escalated their study hours to 10 to 12 per day. When advising other students, Shruti highlighted the significance of discipline and balance in achieving success. Sanskriti emphasized the importance of last-minute revisions just before the exams.
Their journey to success was a combined effort fueled by dedication, family support, and their mutual encouragement. The twins have set their sights on pursuing further education while upholding their family legacy in the field of Chartered Accountancy.
